Saturday, November 5, 2005 --

Apathy, as an ls, has had many victories. Since the rebirth of the linkshell, Apathy has been fortunate with wins against various HNMs in Remora. There were only a few that we did not conquer as a linkshell. One of those being Vrtra, the wyrm that resides in King Ranperre's Tomb. For over two weeks, the linkshell officers devised a strategy for set ups for the main, black mage, and adds alliances, camps of each alliance, and kiting routes.

At around 8p EST, we gathered together in King Ranperre's Tomb, just outside of Vrtra's door. There were some "mishaps" with a bad pull, yellow HP, but it was some pre-Vrtra fun...once everyone was unweakened, the alliances started to forum.

Once the alliance's were formed, the room was cleared, leaving Vrtra, all alone. Everyone in the linkshell was anxious to start.

 
After several laps around her den, a few deaths from tanks, dd, mages alike, we were triumphant, killing her in only 1 hour and 20 minutes.
